As an ITIL expert, Krist has lead numerous large-scale ITSM implementations across Asia Pacific region. With a diverse background in many facets of business and IT management, Krist excels at the application of a variety of tools to improve workflow by focusing on the three pillars of ‘People-Process-Tool’ that underpins successful implementations.
His experience spans the full spectrum of IT functions including: IT Governance, Business Development, IT Management Consultancy, Programme and Project Management, Service Management and Technical Specialist roles.
He combines his practical working knowledge with current industry situations that have real-life applicability.
