His experience spans the full spectrum of teaching, education, training and Organisational Change Management:

- Education Officer RAAF – training, training management, instructional design, lecturing
- National Training and Development Manager
- National Sales Training Manager
- Organisational Change Consultant
Mark joined Enable after meeting with the Senior Management team. He commented, “The recognition, by Enable, of how important Organisational Change Management (OCM) is in driving customer successes in their ServiceNow implementations AND creating this specific, new role to bolster our capacity to do so spoke volumes to me about how seriously Enable takes OCM, and training and adoption.
It’s a real honour and privilege to be the first person in this role at Enable. To be given the opportunity to take all the good things Enable’s already done in the training space and broaden that to include OCM and Adoption solutions for clients is hugely important.”
Mark is inspired by a quote from an American philosopher:
He stated “In times of drastic change it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists.”
In my roles over the years as teacher, trainer, manager, coach, and more recently organisational change manager this quote resonates with me more and more strongly every day. It talks about life-long learning and in my role I get to create and drive these learning opportunities for large numbers of customers whose staff are going through lots of work changes.
On the weekends you will find Mark at the beach or on Sydney Harbour with his family, gyming with his wife, stand-up paddle boarding, or out running with his dogs!
