When asked why she joined Enable “I originally joined due to the vision cast by good friend George Skordos who was the GM at the time. I soon saw the passion and commitment displayed by all the leaders, and I have been able to do things in my career I’ve never been able to do before. I’ve grown more in my leadership abilities, and been more creative and have had more impact than I have had ever had anywhere else.”
She added “I’ve been empowered to create a real difference and the culture here is like nothing I have experienced. Culture is only as good as the top leaders enable it to be and here, the culture we are building is truly something I’m proud of.”
Rachels favourite quote is – “You can’t unscramble eggs. It’s simple but just helps me accept things as they are, be present to solve the problem and move on.”
On the weekends you will find Rachel at soccer games with her son, volunteering at her local church, walking her puppy and catching up with family and friends.
