Krist Yong – General Manager ASEAN

Krist Yong is the General Manager of our Singapore business and joined Enable in 2017 after learning that Enable values are the core of its business.

“The organization’s pragmatism, passion, commitment to ServiceNow and customers made me want to be part of the team.”

As an ITIL expert, Krist has lead numerous large-scale ITSM implementations across Asia Pacific region. With a diverse background in many facets of business and IT management, Krist excels at the application of a variety of tools to improve workflow by focusing on the three pillars of ‘People-Process-Tool’ that underpins successful implementations.

His experience spans the full spectrum of IT functions including: IT Governance, Business Development, IT Management Consultancy, Programme and Project Management, Service Management and Technical Specialist roles.

He combines his practical working knowledge with current industry situations that have real-life applicability.

Avid traveller. Obsessive learner. Nature addict. Father.

Krist was awarded the Enable Leader of the Year in 2018.

Ian White – Principal Consultant

Ian White joined Enable early in 2019, he joined after he heard about the opportunities to grow as a leader within a fantastic organisation.

“Enable’s highly engaged leadership team combined with such a great set of employees makes for not only a great workplace but such a nurturing environment for personal growth.”

Ian holds the position of Principal Consultant in New South Wales. He came to Enable after having worked in IT for 17 years. Ian has been involved with ServiceNow for 4 years starting his ServiceNow journey in 2015. Firstly, as a customer at Canon Australia where he brought it into the organisation and was involved in 2 implementations. He had the pleasure of working on a Managed Services and Enterprise solution and one for internal IT Services.

Previously Ian has worked in industries such as :

  • Restaurant & Entertainment
  • Education & University
  • Pharmaceutical and Therapeutic Goods

He is inspired by the book titled ‘The Phoenix Project‘;

“It is always a great read and reminds me of my days managing operations at Canon.”

On the weekends you will find Ian hanging with his partner and their Great Dane. He loves to get out and mountain bike on the weekend and when he gets the chance he loves trying new restaurants and cafes.

Dr David Aldridge – Principal Consultant

David has more than 20 years’ experience in technology service and operations management and product development. He is familiar with the challenges of senior management in digital transformation, having held senior roles in large and mid-sized companies including, Experian PLC, Telstra, News Corp, Melbourne University and MYOB. David has established and/or managed technical teams based in 8 countries, and have managed the product development and delivery of cloud services into 11 global markets.

For the last 4 years,  he has been leveraging industry experience to guide and provide strategic advice to various organisations, particularly those implementing, or enhancing their use of ServiceNow.

Previous roles include: Principal Consultant (Accenture)

  • Production Operations Manager (MYOB)
  • Senior Director Operations and Product Development (Experian Hitwise)
  • Hosting Technology and Architecture Manager (Telstra)
  • Director Operations (News Corp Australia – Learning Seat)

Awards or recognitions: Experian – High Performing (HiPo) Executive Program

  •  Melbourne University MBA Full Scholarship
  •  PhD (Melbourne University Dept. of Medicine)

Why did David join Enable, in his own words, “I was attracted to Enable’s focus on being the best ServiceNow partner in the Asia Pacific region”.

Davids favourite quote comes from Albert Einstein: “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough”.

On the weekends you will find David spending time with family, particularly kids sport/dancing commitments, and occasionally having friends over for some home smoked meat and enjoying a nice wine.

Raymond Ho – General Manager Hong Kong

Raymond Ho joined Enable in August 2017 and came to Enable with more than 20 years’ business development and sales management experience in the IT industry within the Asia Pacific region (APAC).

Raymond is a highly experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Strong sales management and business development experience in Greater China and Asia

He came to Enable with various experience in roles such as ‘Country Management’ and ‘Regional Functional roles’ with large IT firms such as IBM, HP, NetApp, SUN, Quantum, and Sequent.

When we spoke to Raymond to see why he considered Enable as an employer in 2017, he mentioned he had “the opportunity to establish and grow a team to offer Enterprise Solutions that helps customers to succeed.”

Raymond’s favourite quote is an old  Chinese Proverb “If you always give, you will always have.” On the weekends you will find Raymond enjoying the great outdoors playing tennis and Golf.

Abhishek Gupta – Principal Consultant

Abhishek Gupta joined Enable after he spoke to Enable Managing Director Bruce Hara because the vision for Enable was articulated very well.

“I could see that I can definitely be a part of the journey that Bruce spoke about. It was a thrilling challenge then, which proved to right and I am loving it.”

Abhishek holds a position of Principal Consultant in New South Wales. He came to Enable with strong analytical and technical skills. Having previously held positions such as Senior Analyst, Senior Consultant, Technical Lead.

Abhishek has more than 7 years’ experience with ServiceNow, and has enjoyed a long career in the IT industry.

He is inspired by a Winston Churchill quote “Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.”

“What I really love about this quote is that the fear of failure or pleasure of victory can sometime distract us from our path. As Mark Zuckerberg said that “the biggest risk is not taking any risk”. I believe what satisfies me is the effort that we put in and the courage with which we participate, as no one can’t guarantee the result but we can ensure that “we give our best and leave the rest”.

On the weekends you will find Abhishek enjoying time with his young family, playing cricket, hanging at social clubs and enjoying movie at the theatre.

D’Artagnan Richiardi – Principal Consultant

D’Artagnan Richiardi joined Enable just 18 months ago and came to Enable with more than 20 years’ experience in IT. He came to Enable with strong technical and consulting skills built across a broad range of domains and platforms, including Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, VOIP Telephony and Document Management Solutions. Having previously held senior roles with Fruition Partners, Frontrange Solutions (Heat Software).

D’artagnan has more than 7 years’ experience with ServiceNow, and is one of our most experienced ServiceNow Principals and has enjoyed a long career in IT and Service Management.

He has a passion in delivering great customer outcomes, previous roles have included:

  • Lead Solution Consultant
  • Senior Consultant
  • Technical Consultant
  • Change Manager

When we spoke to D’artagnan to see why he chose Enable, he mentioned that Enable aligned with his personal values and that every day is different. He gets to work with friends, is supported by management and has balance in all things.

On the weekends you will find D’artagnan enjoying the great outdoors with his dog or getting out and about in nature.
